Has this function been discontinued? The latest release has a limited set of buttons on the "main toolbar." I see that <UseCustomProxy> is in the config file, but it is simply set to "false." I don't know what nodes to add to define a proxy server.

Project Description
Metadata Document Generator makes it easier for Dynamics CRM 2011 integrators to generate documentation about entities and attributes metadata.

You'll no longer have to write "by hand" these awful tables full of metadata information.

This tool can connect to all type of Dynamics CRM 2011 deployments (OSDP included!).

It's developed in C# and use the following assemblies:

Gembox.Spreadsheet (for Excel workbook automation)
Gembox.Document (for Word document automation)
Connection controls (for managing connections to Dynamics CRM 2011)

A big thank to Gembox for allowing me to use their assemblies (thanks to my MVP status)…

The application is now lighter since it does not require DocumentFormat.OpenXml.dll anymore

The application size is quite heavy (7MB) due to the use of DocumentFormat.OpenXml.dll to generate Office documents

Hello, I tried using the tool for an CRM Online solution and got an error when trying to make a connection. It fails at the "Get Orgs" stage with the following error. Any ideas? When you want to select specific attributes (ie. not those included in forms) in multiple entities, it can be painful to redo this selection each time you launch the application.

To avoid this pain, you can save the selection by using the toolbar menu "Selected attributes". It will save in XML format the list of entities with custom attributes selection.

You can then load this list using the same menu
